Movement quality. Core strength. Joint prep. Plus aerobic endurance cardio intervals — low impact, bike or rowing.

HYPERTROPHY
Building muscle. Volume. Cardio progresses from aerobic endurance into the first anaerobic intervals.
How it feels: Your body is changing. You notice it. Others do too.
BLOCK 3  ·  WEEKS 9–12
STRENGTH
Maximal strength. Cardio shifts to anaerobic endurance intervals — 30s hard, 30s recovery, above threshold.
How it feels: Something shifts. You carry yourself differently.

POWER
Explosiveness. Rate of force. Speed endurance cardio — 15s maximal effort, 30s rest. Low impact, maximum output.
